As our Marketing & Growth Executive, you won’t be sitting in endless corporate meetings. You will be on the front lines driving viral campus drives, executing killer reel concepts, onboarding vibrant hobby communities, and bringing real people together.

Key Responsibilities & What You'll Do

  • ✓ Drive user acquisition and community onboarding for the Hobbizo mobile app across Delhi NCR and key Indian cities.
  • ✓ Plan and execute creative offline activations, college campus ambassador drives, and local hobby meetups.
  • ✓ Collaborate with micro-influencers, content creators, and hobby clubs (photography, music, dance, sports, arts) to create buzz.
  • ✓ Manage social media campaigns (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) to communicate Hobbizo’s mission of stopping screen doom-scrolling and living real passions.
  • ✓ Analyze conversion funnels, collect candidate & user feedback, and work directly with the founders to scale growth.

Who We Are Looking For

  • ✓ Passionate about community building, social networking, and growth marketing.
  • ✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • ✓ High energy, self-starter mindset, with the hustle to organize real-world events and engage with users directly.
  • ✓ Familiarity with social media trends, content creation, or campus events is a huge plus.
  • ✓ Fresh graduates with drive and enthusiasm are actively encouraged to apply!
